  • ZUMBATHON 2024

The day of ZUMBATHON 2024 has come and gone and as always it was a wonderful day for the entire St. James & St. Ann’s community.  It takes a lot of help and support to put on the Zumbathon fundraiser and the Parent Fundraising Association would like to thank all the staff, parents and students who shared their time, talent and treasure to help make this day a success.

Just a reminder that Pledge Collection Days are all this week: APRIL 29-MAY 3. Please bring in your Zumbathon pledge sheet and money raised on one of those days to be eligible for prizes.  Our Prize Raffle Draw will be in late May. Check out the fantastic prizes you could win:  You can also still pledge here until May 3.

Thank you for your support. Together we can raise $25,000!

We want to thank Abbotsford Air Show, Ann Marie’s Cafe, Canadian Tire, Cineplex-Chilliwack, Clayburn Village Candy Shop, Columbia Business Systems, Curtis Tire, Dufferin Games Room, Fred’s Custom Tackle, Greater Vancouver Zoo, House of James, Hugs in a Mug, Mastermind Toys, Pet Lovers, Save On Foods-SFW, Starbucks-McCallum, Toy Traders, Treasure Landing, the Humphreys Family, the Mailhiot Family and many more anonymous people and businesses for donating some awesome prizes and items for our event!

  • Mother's Day Tea - May 9th 1pm

Calling all Mothers and Grandmothers!  We are happy to be hosting a Mother’s Day Tea at 1pm on May 9th.  Please RSVP by emailing us @ and letting us know how many people will be coming.  We will have presentations from our Primary students and the Dance Squad.  Our special guest speaker this year is Fr. Jan!  We are looking forward to celebrating all Moms, Grandmas and Aunties of the school.  We cannot wait to celebrate YOU and thank you for all you do!

  • Lost and Found

We have many items in our Lost and Found.  Please come by the front office to see if anything belongs to your family.   Anything left after Tuesday, April 30 will be donated.

  • Reminder

This is a gentle reminder that when sending people to pick up your children during school hours – they must be on the emergency contact list that parents submitted. Anyone not on the list can not pick up unless the parent advises the office. Remind the person picking up to bring ID into the office.  Thank you in advance for your help with this.

  • Early Dismissal Day - May 1st

Our next early dismissal day for our monthly staff meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 1st.  As always, the students should bring a snack and lunch to school that day, and they will be dismissed at 12:55pm.
