Remembrance Day
As a school community, we come together on Remembrance Day to honour the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for the peace and freedom we cherish today. We pause in gratitude and prayer, remembering the importance of working together for a world rooted in compassion and hope. We extend a heartfelt thank you to our Grade 7 students for leading a beautiful and meaningful assembly that helped us reflect on the significance of this day and the call to be peacemakers in our world.
Continue to remember and honour our veterans by engaging in Remembrance day activities at home. Ideas can be found on the Canadian Legion Website – https://www.legion.ca/remembrance/youth-and-remembrance/poppy-crafts or print the PDF puzzle page attached from the Canadian Ministry of Veterans Affairs: take-time-to-remember-2025Please remember that there will be no school on Monday November 10 (Administrative Day) and on Tuesday, November 11, for Remembrance Day.

All Saints Day
We had a wonderful All Saints Day celebration! The children delighted in dressing as saints for Mass and learning more about these inspiring holy men and women of our faith. Congratulations to the winners of our Saints Costume Contest! The winners included; Dortohy Schock, Jack Turingan, Valerie Oramah, Roman Turek, Declyn Vis, Ben Shaver, Sophia Mijinke, and Ivana Andrew. May we continue to remember all the saints—known and unknown—in our prayers, asking for their guidance as we strive to follow Jesus each day.
