Zumbathon Prize Rally: Monday, June 2
Our Zumbathon Prize Rally will be held on Monday, June 2nd. The students were very excited to receive and distribute their tickets for the raffle prizes on Friday. We are all grateful to all the people who contributed to make this event a success.
We cannot wait until Monday for our Zumbathon Assembly!
Here are the upcoming prizes to be drawn on June 2!!!
1. Hotdog party for the whole class for the highest grade/class pledge2. For those who raise $125 and up (Raffle for 5 gifts)3. Highest pledges per grade (8 prizes – one each grade K-7)4. 23 gifts to raffle for $10 ticket voucher5. 1st to 5th highest pledge/donations for the whole school award/gift

Entrepreneurial Fair
Our famous Entrepreneur fair is scheduled for this coming Friday, June 6th at St James Gym; hosted by the Grade 6 class. A school entrepreneur fair is an event where students showcase their own small business, allowing them to develop skills like product development, marketing, and financial management. It is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the creativity, learning and hard work of our grade 6 students!Doors will be open for the following hours – 9-10:15am, 11-12noon, 1-3pm.Don’t forget to bring some money to school on Friday in order to support our young business entrepreneurs!All are welcome to visit the fair!Items range from $1-7. Keychains, Soap, Stickers, Bracelets, Coasters, Plants and more!Please bring a reusable shopping bag and small change/bills.15% of our proceeds will go to charity.Thank you for your support!

Work Bee - June 14th
The next Work Bee will take place at the school on Saturday, June 14th from 9:00am to 2:00pm. This is a great way to earn five hours towards your Parent Participation commitment. Hopefully the weather will be good, so please bring gloves for both indoor and outdoor work, as well as any small cordless garden tools that you have. We are very grateful for all of your hard work around the school.

Uniform Consignment
Consignment Sales – We plan to have 2 consignment sales before the school year ends!
The final date / time for the year will be:1. 20 June 2025 from 1-3 PMConsignment Donations:Do you have school uniform pieces that your children have outgrown, and you don’t know what to do with them? Please consider donating them to the school to go into our uniform cupboard. As you do your spring cleaning, we will happily take uniform pieces that are clean and in good condition. You can simply drop them off at the school office and we will take care of the rest!

Sports
Track and Field Congratulations to our track team for a wonderful season. Despite the rain, the team worked together to have a successful meet last week. A wonderful effort from all the athletes and supporting staff members and coaches!
