Your registration MUST be returned via appointment February 26th or 28th to be registered for next year.

Spring Break – March 9th – 24th:

• please note that the last day of school before Spring Break will be Friday, March 8th.  This will be a full day of school.  School will then reopen on Monday, March 25th

Thank you to everyone who came to our well-attended AGM.  Special thanks to the REC who secured a very informative speaker from Safer Schools.  Tax receipts can be picked up at the office.

Please save Wednesday, May 8th for our Mother’s Day Tea.  We invite all Moms, Grandmas, Nanas, Omas and friends of the school to attend this special event.  More details to come.

We will be having Lenten confessions on Tuesday, February 27th.  Please pray for the Grade 2 students as they will be making their First Reconciliation this Wednesday, February 28th.

Please join some of the St. James Staff members for our monthly Staff Adoration at St. James Parish.  We hope to see many of you there this Thursday, February 29th and Thursday, March 7th at 7pm.

Dear Parents, please keep March 8th open.  At 1PM we will have our School-wide Hip Hop performance.  Please join us to watch this entertaining presentation.

Wednesday, February 28th is Pink Shirt Day.  Students are encouraged to wear a pink shirt in support of Pink Shirt Day.  This is a dress down day.  Please encourage appropriate clothing.  We will start our day with a Pink Shirt Day Assembly by the Gr. 3’s.  Please join us at 8:45 if you are able to.

Dear Parents, 

Please remind your children to dress for the weather.  It looks as though the weather might get colder in the coming days.  Hats, boots and gloves are welcome on those cold days.  Remember to label everything!  We aim to take the students outside as much as possible.  Lastly, in rainy weather, please send raincoats and boots.  NO umbrellas please.
